Appointment and Cancellation Policies
We have reserved a time slot specifically for your next appointment. If you are unable to attend, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A $100 fee will be charged for missed appointments.
Provincial Health Insurance Card
Each client must present a valid Canadian provincial health insurance card (e.g., Medicare, Nova Scotia Health Card (MSI), PEI Health Card).
The information on your provincial health insurance card will be noted on your client record so that it is readily available in the event of a medical emergency. This number will serve as a unique personal identification in our medical records and will meet the insurance requirements of our practice.
Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary forms.
Treatment Costs
The costs that will be presented to you in your treatment plan following your assessment are valid for a period of 30 days following the date of the assessment.
Payment Methods
VISA, Mastercard, debit and cash. No personal checks. We do not accept American Express.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available according to the desired amount and can be used for services or skin care products from the Figurra Boutique.
Return Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of a product, you may return it within 15 days of the date of purchase. The original copy of the receipt must accompany the item. Figurra will replace a defective product or replace it with another product. Please note that the product container must contain at least 80% of the original contents. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made by the same payment method as the original purchase.
