Radiesse ®
Treatment Description
Radiesse® is a calcium hydroxyapatite-based filler and stimulant, containing tiny microspheres suspended in a water-based gel.
It restores the skin in two ways. First, it stimulates the thickness of the skin and then it can fill in volume loss, creating an immediate aesthetic improvement in the shape and contours of the face. This product is also used on the neck, chest, top of the hands and various parts of the body.
Radiesse also stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin. This production decreases with the addition of years. The stimulation offered by the product allows for sustained and continuous improvement over the months following each treatment.

Things to know about this treatment
A session takes between 15 and 60 minutes. 2 to 4 sessions are necessary. They are done every 4 to 8 weeks.
The treatment consists of injections. Slight discomfort and a sensation of heat may be felt during the treatment.
It is possible to have slight temporary swelling or bruising in the days following the session as well as a feeling of firmness or stiffness in the treated area. This may last a few weeks.

Results are visible immediately after the session and are sustained for several months.
