Lesions on the body - "Lumps & Bumps"
Condition Description
Lesions are conditions that manifest as bumps, excess skin, or thick spots on the skin.
Here is a partial list: acrochordons, milia, moles, lipomas, seborrheic keratosis, and nevi. In common terms, they are sometimes called nipples, growths, bumps, etc.
These lesions rarely cause pain but are unsightly and unpleasant to the touch. However, you should check with your doctor or a dermatologist to make sure that these lesions are benign.
How to Treat
Different treatments will be used depending on the type of lesion to be treated.
Some need to be removed with a laser while others can be treated with cryotherapy, which dries them out with cold.
Other exceptional methods are available to adapt to your specific needs.
